What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing. It is done through gentle touch or the hands hovered slightly over the body. A warm and soothing energy flows from the hands into the client, promoting relaxation and releasing tension.
Reiki translates as “spiritually guided life force energy” or what we may understand as the “Holy Spirit” through a Christian lens. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not tied to any religion, just a pure and unconditional love. So Reiki is appropriate for those of all faiths and religions.
The energy travels throughout our body through meridians, chakras and nadis. When blockage occurs, energy flows less freely impacting directly our wellbeing. By releasing blockages and balancing our energy flow, we can become more in alignment with our highest selves and as a consequence find more joy in life and manifest our wishes.

Reiki 1 & 2 Integrated
This course includes the training for levels 1 and 2 combined, which allows you on the completion of the class to give Reiki treatments to yourself and, after a 27-day integration period, give Reiki treatments to others.
Reiki 3A
In Reiki 3A, you will learn to sustain a greater energy field. The symbols that will be taught will allow you to send Reiki to groups, countries and crisis situations, becoming a true agent of planetary regeneration. This level accelerates and multiplies your power of manifestation.
Reiki 3B
Master Teacher
The Reiki 3B qualifies you as a Reiki Master Teacher, so you will be able to initiate others into this powerful technique, deepen your understanding of Reiki and increase the effectiveness of your Reiki energies. It is also great if you are interested in self-healing and spiritual development.
